Independent technology consultancy

Complex systems.
Made workable.

AltoSenda helps organizations solve the hard technical problems that sit between infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, software, and applied AI.

Why AltoSenda

The hard part is rarely one piece of technology.

A server issue can be a network dependency. An AI initiative can fail because the workflow, permissions, or source information are unclear. A system change can disrupt the work it was meant to improve.

01Start with the operating problem

We establish what is failing, what it affects, and what must not break before proposing a product or platform.

02Work across technical boundaries

We connect the parts that are normally handled separately: infrastructure, access, systems, workflow, software, and AI.

03Keep the scope practical

We favor a controlled change path or a focused pilot over unnecessary complexity and oversized programmes.

What we do

Specialist engineering for systems that carry real operational weight.

Defined technical work where reliability, security, integration, and maintainability matter more than a standard implementation checklist.

01

Critical Infrastructure

Server platforms, virtualization, storage, backup, recovery, and open-source modernization for business-critical environments.

02

Network Resilience & Secure Access

Multi-site connectivity, remote access, routing, DNS, traffic policy, and recovery behavior for networks that need to stay dependable.

03

Legacy Systems & Integration

Staged assessment, integration, migration, permissions, and improvement of systems that cannot simply be switched off.

04

Applied AI & Workflow Engineering

Focused software, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities built around one defined business constraint.

Our approach

See the operating environment before changing the technology.

Complex technical work fails when the project begins with a tool rather than the situation. Our approach creates a clear line from the business impact to the system dependencies, then to a scope that can be delivered without creating a new problem elsewhere.

“Start with what is failing and what must not break. Then make the smallest change that creates a useful, maintainable result.”This applies whether the work involves a server platform, multi-site network, legacy system, internal tool, or an AI-enabled workflow.

Selected work

Examples that show the problem, the work, and the point of the result.

All examples are anonymized. They describe work in specific operating environments; they do not promise identical results for other organizations.

01 · Server platform modernization

Services were slow to deploy and difficult to recover.

The situationA legacy server environment relied on individual physical machines. Resource use was inefficient, new services took too long to deploy, and recovery was difficult when something failed.

What changedMoved in stages from bare metal to virtualization and containers, then to an open-source platform with integrated backup capabilities.

Result in that environment: service deployment became 3–5× faster and power use fell by approximately 30%.

02 · Multi-site network resilience

Multiple offices needed reliable access, but connectivity kept changing.

The situationOffices in different locations needed secure access to shared services. Carrier conditions and changing links caused intermittent failures that were hard to trace and manually restore.

What changedDesigned staged secure interconnection, then added configuration delivery, health checks, automatic reconnection, and failover behavior.

Practical purpose: reduce repeated manual recovery and make multi-site connectivity easier to operate and diagnose.

03 · Cross-system operational tool

Customer information existed, but was scattered across separate tools.

The situationCloud services, Shopify, and Klaviyo held different parts of the same customer story. Staff had to search across systems before they could understand a customer or decide what to do next.

What changedCollected, normalized, and de-identified data; then created practical labels for location, purchase timing, support contact, and device status.

Scale in that environment: the resulting customer-information system covered approximately 1.2 million users.

04 · AI-assisted SKU governance

Product risk was visible in feedback, but too late to act on.

The situationReviews, ratings, buyer feedback, and returns contained useful signals, but they did not guide SKU-level follow-up priorities.

What changedBuilt a focused governance tool to combine these inputs, assess listing health, and support priority decisions for business teams.

Result in that environment: negative-review handling success improved by 300%, while listing scores stopped declining.

Customer names, internal architecture, and non-public data are intentionally omitted.

About AltoSenda

Independent engineering, grounded in enterprise reality.

AltoSenda is the international technology services brand of Xiaolantu Technology, based in Shanghai.

Our experience spans design and field delivery, enterprise networks and infrastructure, information systems, data products, and applied AI. We take a practical view to complex technical work: understand what is already in place, identify the constraint that matters, and make changes that respect business continuity.

We work best with organizations that value sound technical judgment and a focused, well-defined path—not generic promises or unnecessary complexity.

Engagement approach

Clear scope. Practical engineering. Controlled delivery.

01

Understand

Review the operating context, impact, existing environment, and constraints.

02

Assess

Identify dependencies, risks, and the technical path worth pursuing.

03

Build

Implement a defined solution or focused pilot with practical acceptance criteria.

04

Handover

Document the result, clarify ownership, and leave a maintainable operating path.
